FREE HEALTH CHECKUP:
This is the FREE service which includes checking of transformer for its healthiness. We have a 40 point check list that includes all the parameters. This can be conducted for any type and make of transformers and once the checks done we will provide the detailed report that depict the present condition of the transformer.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT:
We offer two types of AMCs
- COMPREHENSIVE AMC
- NON COMPREHENSIVE AMC
We offer the following unique services as part of our AMC.
1. INCIDENT MANAGEMENT- Our single point contact provides for quick incident reporting from various sites/ locations to a single redressal forum through a central service centre.
2. ENGINEER ON SITE- If a problem cannot be resolved remotely, an engineer is sent to the customer premises for effective problem solving.
3. ESSENTIAL SPARES INVENTORY- In order to provide quick service, an essential spares inventory is maintained at all the braches. Only special spares, if unavailable in local branches are shipped in from Bengaluru.
4. EFFECTIVE SERVICE- We strictly adheres to an agreed time frame for quick incident resolution. Our up time service levels are flexible according to a customer requirement.
5. TRAINING PROGRAM- We will provide onsite training program to facility team about the Operation and Maintenance of the transformers.

RENTAL OF TRANSFORMERS:
We also rent out a range of transformers 100kVA to 2500kVA on short and long term basis both Oil Cooled as well as Dry type.
SPECIAL SERVICES:
- Transformer Furan Analysis and Degree of Polymerization Test: This test will help us to find out the actual winding insulation condition of the transformers. One can conclude the present Winding Condition of the transformer with the help of this test.
- Conversion of OFF CIRCUIT Transformer to OLTC (ON LOAD TAP CHANGER): This can be done for both Oil Cooled and Dry type Transformer. Depends on the present tap condition it can be either done at site or at our Factory.
- Providing Forced Cooling to the transformers: This can be installed for both Oil Cooled and Dry type. This will help in reducing the temperature as well as losses.
